  1. I would still cook any lasagna for at least 30 minutes. Regardless of portion. Even for one slice.

  2. You can probably keep roughly the same cook time. Just eyeball it. If you use regular (non-instant) noodles it’d be easier, since the noodles would be more or less fully cooked and just finished in the oven. 30 minutes would be pleanty of time.

  3. Using dried lasagne sheets about 20 minutes covered followed by 20 minutes uncovered. It took me way to long to figure out that the reason my top was going hard as cardboard was because I wasn’t covering it for the first 20 minutes. I imagine if your filling is cold when you layer it it might need a little longer.
